Privacy Policy

Overview
Aetheris Solutions LLC ("we", "us", or "our") publishes the PrepTide mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data PrepTide handles and how.
The short version: PrepTide does not collect any personal data. Everything you put into the App stays on your device.
Data We Do Not Collect
PrepTide v1.0 has none of the following:
• No user accounts
• No backend servers
• No analytics SDK (no Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, Firebase, etc.)
• No advertising SDK
• No crash-reporting service
• No tracking pixels
• No location collection
• No contact, calendar, microphone, or motion data
• No share-to-third-parties of any kind
When you use PrepTide, no information about you, your device, or your activity leaves the device.
Data Stored on Your Device
The following information is stored locally on your iPhone in an on-device SQLite database and never transmitted off the device:
Local App Data
• Peptide names you save to your protocols
• Vial entries (concentration, BAC water volume, expiry date, peptide name)
• Dose logs (peptide, dose amount, injection site, timestamp, notes)
• Protocol entries (peptide, frequency, timing, your notes)
• Journal entries (subjective notes, body measurements, lab values)
• Progress photos (stored as files in the App's sandboxed storage)
• App preferences (biometric-lock toggle, notification toggles)
Where This Data Lives
• Lives only inside PrepTide's iOS app sandbox
• Is included in iCloud Backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled (managed by iOS, not by us — we do not access the backup)
• Is permanently deleted when you uninstall PrepTide or tap Settings → Delete All Data
Permissions We Request
All permissions are optional and decline-by-default. PrepTide only asks for them in context, when you take an action that needs them.
Face ID / Touch ID
Optional app lock to keep your health data private. Declined by default — toggle on in Settings.
Photo Library
Used only when you tap "Add Photo" inside a journal entry to attach a progress photo.
Camera
Used only when you tap "Take Photo" inside a journal entry.
Notifications
Local dose reminders and vial expiry alerts, scheduled on your device by iOS. We do not run a push server. We never see when (or whether) a notification fires.
Children's Privacy
PrepTide is rated 17+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone of any age, including children — see "Data We Do Not Collect" above.
Health Data and HIPAA
PrepTide is not a HIPAA-covered service. It is a personal-use journaling and calculation tool — not a medical record system, not a patient portal, and not connected to any healthcare provider. The information you record is treated as personal notes on a device you control.

Apple App Store
When you download PrepTide, Apple processes your App Store transaction (free download) and may share aggregated, anonymized analytics with us through App Store Connect (downloads, crashes, device types). This is an Apple-controlled flow and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Changes to This Policy
If a future version of PrepTide adds optional features that involve any kind of data transmission (e.g. opt-in cloud sync), we will:
• Update this policy with a new effective date
• Update the App Store "Privacy" disclosure
• Surface the change inside the App before any new collection begins, and require explicit consent
We will never start transmitting your existing on-device data without an in-app opt-in.
Jurisdiction
Aetheris Solutions LLC is a U.S. limited liability company. This policy is governed by the laws of the United States.
If you reside in a jurisdiction with stronger privacy rights (EU/EEA, UK, California), those rights apply to you, but PrepTide collects no data so most data-subject rights (access, deletion, export) are satisfied automatically — your data is on your phone.
